I just wanted to tell you what a pleasant experience this was. We had little time to get this all done – having the house on the market. You were fantastic. You came by the house the same day we called , consulted with us – we did not feel pressured – but felt you gave us many options on what to choose – and truly listened to what we wanted and needed.

Your crew that came to install was terrific. They were friendly, neat and efficient as well. Rick, the plumber fit right in. What a fantastic team you all made.

The nicest part of all, is the counter looks fabulous – hopefully, the house will sell quickly and someone else will enjoy the kitchen. We are planning to use you again – on the new house!!!! Of course, we will be happy to pass your name along as well.

Just a quick note to say how well I thought the whole process of replacing the 4 bathroom countertops was.

From my initial sales inquiry…which was handled very professionally, promptly, and nicely by Doreen…to the field measure tech…John (I believe…sorry if this is not correct) who was professional and quick…..to the install crew of Dave and Dave….who did an outstanding job of installing, finishing, and cleaning up. You can be proud of a team that comes in, measures correctly, double checks the measurements, and then fabricates a finished product that fits like a glove.

I wish all the various subcontractors I deal with every day were as professional and competent as your team. My job would be so much easier.

We love the beautiful Corian countertop and backsplash. Raincloud is fabulous. We couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone comments on how spectacular it looks. The job was complicated and we realize that it required expertise and experience in fabrication and installation.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the new countertops and the job done by John and Dave this morning!

They arrived on time at 8:30 went right to work, had the old tops out in no time and the new ones in by 10:30. They completed the backsplash, cleaned up and were gone before noon. No fuss! No muss! No dirt! No mess!. The plumber is here now. As you promised, “in and out in one day”.

They look great! Love the new sink and faucet. We are happy to recommend Bill Shea’s.

I had a thoroughly wonderful experience with Bill Shea’s Countertops. The salesperson was very helpful and not the least bit pushy. I had gone back and forth about changing just the countertops or doing the whole kitchen. Everyone else I talked to wanted me to do the whole thing — Elizabeth (the salesperson) gave me the confidence to just do the countertops and that turned out to be just right for me (I think everyone else just wanted more $$). The process was very easy, everyone came on time, everyone did their job just like they said they would. Originally I thought I would be able to keep my old faucet, but the plumber recommended that I get a new one and I was very glad in the end. I just can’t say enough about this company! When I can, I am planning to have them come back and change the bathroom countertops and sinks, too.
